I am in network through Headway with most commercial insurances and Caresource Medicaid.

With Headway you get verified right away and can have access to co-pays, deductibles or other details specific to each individual.

For Medicaid clients, you only need a picture of both sides of your insurance card and date of birth to get verified.

Because the cost of providing services varies by location, private pay rates are different for Ohio and Puerto Rico.

$100 Intake Session (1 -1.5 hours)

$75 Individual Session (50 minutes)

Ohio

$150 Intake session (1-1.5 hours)

$125 Individual Session (50 minutes)

Sliding scale fees may be available for clients with financial need. Because availability is limited, eligibility and reduced-fee options are discussed directly with your clinician.
