FAQs

What services do you offer?

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults (18+).

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where a trained mental health professional helps you understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences, while developing healthy ways to cope, solve problems, and improve your overall well-being.

Services are available remotely for residents of Ohio and Puerto Rico.

How do I get started?

Before committing to a full session, you can request a free 15 minute phone consultation.

Consultation is an introductory call to talk about what therapy looks like, what brings you to therapy and ask any questions before starting.

What makes this practice different?

Therapy that meets you where you are. We believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported—not judged or told who you should be.

Our approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. We take the time to understand your experiences, relationships, culture, and individual needs while working together to create meaningful and realistic goals.

Therapy is about building understanding, developing practical tools, creating emotional stability, and making changes that can genuinely fit into your life.

No quick fixes. Just space, support, and tools that make a difference.
