Therapy is a personal journey, shaped by your needs and guided by clinical expertise. We’ll start with a conversation to explore what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to work on. From there, we’ll complete an intake assessment to better understand your experiences and goals. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that gives us a clear path forward. As your needs shift and goals are achieved, we’ll revisit and set new ones along the way.
One of the benefits of remote therapy is the flexibility it offers—we can adapt to your needs as they change. I also provide flexible scheduling and use a simple, user-friendly system designed to make the process as stress-free as possible.

A sliding scale means the cost of therapy is adjusted based on your financial situation. Imagine a jar filled with marbles: if you have a lot of marbles (resources/income), you can put more into the jar (pay a higher fee). If you have fewer marbles, you put in less (pay a lower fee). The goal is to make therapy accessible, while still keeping the jar full enough for the therapist to continue offering services.
